At Dopetivity, we specialize in authentic, premium, and limited-release streetwear, footwear, and accessories. Many of the products we sell are exclusive, difficult to replace, or no longer available at retail. Because of the unique nature of our inventory, all purchases are considered final sale.
FINAL SALE POLICY
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Fit or style preferences
• Change of mind
• Buyer's remorse
• Ordering the wrong item
• Items no longer wanted
• Shipping delays caused by the carrier
Please review all product descriptions, measurements, sizing information, photographs, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
Every item sold by Dopetivity is carefully inspected before shipment.
We guarantee that every product we sell is authentic.
If you have a legitimate concern regarding the authenticity of an item you received, you must contact Dopetivity within five (5) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
We will investigate the matter promptly and work with you toward a fair resolution.
IF WE MAKE A MISTAKE
While all sales are final, we stand behind every order we ship.
If you receive:
• The wrong item
• An item that arrives damaged
• An item that materially differs from its description
• An item missing components specifically stated in the listing
• A legitimate authenticity concern
You must contact Dopetivity within five (5) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
Photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible issues may be required to help us investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
If we determine that an error occurred on our end, Dopetivity will, at our discretion:
• Replace the item (if a replacement is available)
• Provide a prepaid return shipping label
• Issue a full or partial refund, as appropriate.
Claims submitted more than five (5) calendar days after the confirmed delivery date will not be accepted.
SHIPPING
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, we will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
CHARGEBACKS
If you experience an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us first so we have the opportunity to make it right.
Initiating a chargeback without first giving Dopetivity the opportunity to resolve the issue may delay the resolution process. We are committed to treating every customer fairly and resolving legitimate concerns promptly.

By completing your purchase, you understand that all Dopetivity merchandise is sold as final sale. Requests submitted more than five (5) calendar days after the confirmed delivery date will not be considered.
